HARRIS COUNTY, TX – A pedestrian was transported to a hospital in serious condition after reportedly being struck by a vehicle in north Harris County.
The crash occurred around 3:20 a.m. in the 2400 block of FM 2920. An adult male was walking southbound across FM 2920 when a cement truck traveling eastbound attempted to avoid him but struck the victim.
No intoxication is suspected.
Officials said the roadway is expected to reopen within the next hour.
It could not be confirmed whether the Chucky doll at the scene was already there before the crash or belonged to the victim.
