HOUSTON, TX – A scooter rider was injured in an incident in downtown Houston late Wednesday night.
HFD and HPD responded to the 1700 block of St. Joseph Parkway, where a scooter was visibly damaged near a crosswalk, with at least one wheel detached.
The rider’s condition is unknown at this time, and details surrounding what happened have not yet been confirmed.
