A fatal accident occurred in the 10800 Gessner close to Amazon’s DH01 warehouse in the Willowbrook area.
A child was also flown to Herman Hospital from the scene.
HCSO DWI investigators were on scene, but it is not known at this time if alcohol or drugs were a factor.
