The incident occurred in the 11100 block of Greenhouse Road, at the intersection of Towne Lake Parkway. At approximately 2:46 a.m., Daniel Rivera was operating a 2021 Cadillac Escalade, with a juvenile female and adult female as passengers, when he ran a stop sign and collided with the golf cart. The golf cart's occupants, Jacob Wnuk, Christopher Scandridge, and Fraser Anderson, were traveling north and had just made a left turn to travel west on Towne Lake Parkway when the collision took place. Houston Police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred in the 800 block of Holmes Road at around 1:40 a.m. on Sunday, July 30. The victim has been identified as 49-year-old Kenneth Wayne Moses. According to initial reports, Mr. Moses was driving a black Cadillac ATS eastbound at the given address, an area closed off for road construction. He reportedly struck a metal barricade in the middle of the street. Paramedics from the Houston Fire Department responded to the scene, where Mr. Moses was pronounced deceased.
