Suspect charged in 2019 fatal shooting on West Airport Boulevard

HOUSTON, TX – Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of a man at 6633 West Airport Boulevard at 12:30 a.m. on January 29, 2019. The suspect, Trevon Demitri Lewis, 28, is charged with murder in the 337th Criminal District Court. The victim has been identified as Terry Clark, 44. According to the Houston Police Department’s Homicide Division, Clark was found deceased inside his apartment at the location. TAMPA, FL, - Robert Desselle, 47, was sentenced Friday to 57 months in federal prison for conspiracy to defraud the United States and to pay and receive health care kickbacks, according to the Department of Justice. In addition to the prison sentence, Desselle was ordered to pay $4.5 million in restitution and forfeit $2.1 million in criminal proceeds. Desselle pleaded guilty in February 2025. According to investigators, the victim and her relatives were at the location for a meetup when an altercation broke out, and the victim was shot.
