Neighbors reported approximately 5 to 6 African-American males carrying rifles and shooting in the apartment complex parking lot. HOUSTON, TX – Houston police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that claimed the life of Ariel "AJ" Ayala on Monday, September 9. The accident occurred around 5:35 p.m. in the 14100 block of Almeda Road. https://youtu.be/33Opi8mT4bY According to the Houston Police Department's Vehicular Crimes Division, witnesses stated that AJ was riding his black Suzuki motorcycle southbound on Almeda Road when he struck the back of a trailer being towed by a gray Ford F-250 pickup truck. The driver of the pickup was attempting to make a left turn from Almeda Road onto Foxshire Lane when the collision occurred. Paramedics arrived on the scene and pronounced AJ deceased.
