HOUSTON, TX - A shooting near the intersection of Richmond and Fondren took place Tuesday afternoon around 12:35 p.m. According to Chief Diaz of the Houston Police Department, the victim, a Precinct 4 Deputy was shot while on his way to work. The victim was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
