HOUSTON, TX - A man was shot in the arm after he told police that he was walking down the street and heard gunshots. The shooting occurred in the 17400 block of Wayforest near Greens Rd just before 2 a.m. At this time, there is not a suspect description and the man is expected to be okay. HOUSTON, TEXAS - The Houston Police Department has released the names of six individuals who died in a traffic accident at 2000 Fannin Street around 2 a.m. on Saturday, November 11. The deceased are Izuchu Oragwu, 31, Frank Johnson, 31, Zachary McMillian, 32, Derek Hayden, 33, Christian Herrera, 25, and Lauren Robinson, 32. The incident occurred when a black Acura SUV, driven by Ms. Robinson and heading eastbound on Pierce Street, entered the intersection with Fannin Street on a green light. Simultaneously, a black Chrysler 300 driven by Mr. Herrera, traveling southbound on Fannin Street at a high rate of speed, ran a red light and collided with the Acura.
