The viewer said they began recording around 2:22 a.m. after hearing two loud sounds that sounded like gunshots, but said they could not confirm what the sounds were. The viewer also said the streets were packed with people and vehicles, and that people were seen running down Hyde Park Street across Montrose Boulevard during the early moments of the activity. Second alarm requested after garage found fully engulfed in flames at northwest Houston home

Upon arrival, the first crews on scene reported the garage of the main residence was fully engulfed in flames, and a second alarm was requested due to the risk of the fire spreading to nearby structures.
