According to HPD, officers responded to the scene and found a male victim, believed to be in his late 30s to early 40s, suffering from gunshot wounds. Police stated the shooting followed a verbal altercation on the street. The three suspects fled the scene on scooters but were all detained shortly after, including one in the 1100 block of Chartres. HOUSTON, TX – A man was killed late Friday night after his vehicle crashed and became submerged in a bayou near the intersection of South MacGregor Way and Cullen Boulevard. https://youtu.be/vS-C8OW0PaM The crash occurred around 11:30 p.m. in the 4300 block of South MacGregor. According to HPD, the vehicle struck a barrier fence and a tree before entering the water. The male occupant was found inside the submerged vehicle and pronounced deceased at the scene. He was arrested Tuesday after a warrant was issued for his involvement. According to the Houston Fire Department Arson Bureau, Dumser was seen on surveillance video visiting the building the night of the fire and discarding a lit cigarette into nearby bushes.
