HOUSTON, TX - July 15, 2023 - Two children, a 12-year-old girl and a 6-year-old boy, drowned while swimming at the marina side of Xtreme Off Road and Park The incident occurred at approximately 9 p.m. The Harris County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) responded to reports of the missing children and immediately deployed the Marine and Dive team. The HCSO team used a robot equipped with sonar to search the water. The bodies of the two children were found, matching the descriptions of the missing individuals.
