At this time, neither agency has provided information about the investigation. We will update this post if we learn of any new information. HOUSTON, TX - Flames and smoke were seen coming from a home in the 4100 block of Brookfield Drive in Southwest Houston. Houston Fire Department crews responded to the fire at 5:46 p.m. Photo Courtesy of the Citizen app Crews on scene included L059, M059, E048, E037, E021, D021, L021, SF024, E080, and D059. HOUSTON, TX - A fatal crash involving a motorcycle and a Ford F250 with a landscaping trailer occurred along FM 521 in the 14000 block. https://youtu.be/33Opi8mT4bY The accident happened just after 5:30 p.m. at 14099 Almeda. Details of the crash remain unclear, but the deceased was found on the back of the trailer. Houston Police Department's Vehicular Crimes Division is investigating the incident. HOUSTON, TX - A suspect has been arrested in connection with the shooting of a woman and a juvenile early Saturday morning at 5401 Rampart Street. https://youtu.be/lou2P5yHQ78 Eduardo Gomez, 42, has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault of a family member in the 228th State District Court. The victims, a 38-year-old female and a 3-year-old boy, were both transported to area hospitals and are reported to be in stable condition. According to a press release, Houston police responded to the shooting around 3 a.m., where they found both victims with gunshot wounds. HOUSTON, TX – Police are investigating a shooting that occurred at a park in southeast Houston. The shooting took place around 9:15 p.m. at Gragg Park, located in the 3600 block of Telephone Road. https://youtu.be/LWCDYfsGJWI Witnesses reported that two trucks entered the park's parking lot at a high rate of speed and were involved in a road rage incident. The trucks exchanged gunfire before leaving the scene. Two innocent bystanders were struck during the crossfire—one was hit in the leg, and the other was shot in the torso. Both victims managed to drive home and later contacted police. They were transported to a local hospital where they remain in stable condition. A woman was critically injured, and a child suffered minor injuries following a shooting during a family disturbance earlier this morning. Police responded to the shooting just after midnight in the 6900 block of Chasewood. https://youtu.be/6cMlyDtqjNY According to police, Southwest officers responded to the scene, where they found one male deceased. Another male was taken in for questioning, but no charges have been filed at this time. Police stated that some type of argument preceded the shooting, although the cause of the dispute is unknown. According to police, neighbors heard a verbal argument between two men and then gunshots. The suspect fled in a vehicle, but there is no suspect or vehicle description at this time. HOUSTON, TX - A shooting near the intersection of Richmond and Fondren took place Tuesday afternoon around 12:35 p.m. According to Chief Diaz of the Houston Police Department, the victim, a Precinct 4 Deputy was shot while on his way to work. HOUSTON, TX - A vehicle was t-boned by a semi Tuesday afternoon on the East Freeway. The accident occurred around noon on I-10. https://youtube.com/shorts/QKdGZKOi82U?feature=share At this time it is not known who caused the accident but it involved an 18-wheeler operated by Hallmark Trucking and a Silver Mazda 3. The freeway was cleared pretty quickly and there does not appear to be any major injuries.
