When they arrived, they found a man with a gunshot wound near the front door of the bar. Investigators say the victim’s friends dragged him further inside the bar and then fled the scene before officers arrived. He was pronounced deceased at the location. HOUSTON, TX – The Houston Fire Department responded around 2:30 a.m. to a structure fire in the 10600 block of Castleton in northeast Houston. https://youtu.be/kiBt-JnRUOw Upon arrival, firefighters found a one-story home with heavy flames coming through the roof. All occupants were able to safely exit the residence. There were no reported injuries to civilians or firefighters. The cause of the fire is under investigation by HFD Arson.

HOUSTON, TX – A man in his mid-20s was shot while driving on the 610 Loop near Westheimer around 2:13 a.m. https://youtu.be/ypA_mjjhoVo According to police, the man and a woman, both in their mid-20s, said they were driving northbound in the main lanes of 610 when they heard two gunshots. They ducked and pulled off the road. The male driver was struck in the abdomen and leg. He is expected to survive. The male and the female told police they did not know why they were shot at. HOUSTON, TX – A 30-year-old woman was shot after an online dispute escalated into a physical altercation outside her home. https://youtu.be/Io3w3RSwqlw This happened in the 5800 block of Hartwick in northeast Houston. Police said the woman had an argument with individuals over the internet. Those individuals, two females and a male, later showed up at her residence in a vehicle. When she went outside to confront them, she sprayed them with mace and then ran away. One of the suspects then fired approximately seven shots at her, striking her once in the buttocks. The suspects fled the scene in their vehicle. The woman is expected to recover from her injuries. The investigation is ongoing.

HOUSTON, TX – A major crash occurred early Sunday morning on the North Freeway near W. Mt. The other vehicle flipped onto its side following the impact. The female driver of the flipped vehicle was transported to a local hospital. Her condition is unknown at this time. HOUSTON, TX – A woman was killed early Saturday morning after a high-speed crash involving a pickup truck and a Toyota Camry at the intersection of Almeda-Genoa and Cullen. https://youtu.be/wMOVxFb-g_c According to Houston police, witnesses heard a pickup truck traveling northbound on Cullen at a high rate of speed around 3:45 a.m. A Toyota Camry, driven by a female, was traveling westbound on Almeda-Genoa when the two vehicles collided in the intersection. The impact caused the Camry to roll several times as the truck dragged it on Cullen, eventually coming to rest on top of the car. The female driver was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the pickup truck fled after the crash. The investigation is ongoing.

HOUSTON, TX – A suspect was charged with murder after investigators say he attempted to steal a Ford Edge with a 12-year-old child inside early Saturday morning, then caused a crash that killed another driver. https://youtu.be/wjUyH6ZqgX8 A disturbance occurred around 12:45 a.m. in the 2700 block of Travis Street. Police said a complainant was sitting inside a Ford Edge when she noticed the disturbance and exited her vehicle after believing a family member was involved.
