SPLENDORA, TX – The Splendora Police Department reported that its Criminal Interdiction Unit, assisted by the Patrol Division, conducted two separate traffic stops earlier this week that led to the seizure of approximately 14 kilograms of cocaine. During a roadside investigation, K9 Ordy alerted to the presence of narcotics. Officers then located modified exhaust compartments in both vehicles, each concealing about seven kilograms of cocaine. According to the Galveston County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to assist the Hitchcock Police Department after two individuals were reportedly ejected from a vessel.
