He is accused of shooting Martinez during an altercation. According to court records, Robinson admitted to participating in the shooting. The court heard that during a fight, a woman associated with Robinson retrieved a firearm from a vehicle and handed it to him. Witnesses stated that as the physical struggle ended, Martinez appeared to have withdrawn from the conflict. HARRIS COUNTY, TX – New photos have surfaced showing the aftermath of a shooting at the Dominion Park apartment complex in north Houston. The photos above were sent in by one of our viewers who asked to remain anonymous. We blurred one of the images due to the victim’s blood-soaked jeans. The shooting occurred in the 100 block of Dominion Park. According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a weapons disturbance and found a Hispanic male with a gunshot wound to the leg. Deputies stated that the two men were involved with the same woman and had been in an earlier argument at a different location. One victim was shot and later pronounced deceased. A second victim, an employee of the restaurant, was struck by a stray bullet and sustained a non-life-threatening injury. They were transported to a local hospital for treatment. After the shooting, several patrons attempted to detain the suspect, but he fled the scene in a vehicle. Police stated that the suspect and initial victim were known to each other, and there is no ongoing threat to the public.

The suspect then stepped back, pulled a firearm, and shot the victim several times. Police do have one person detained at this time.

ATASCOCITA, TX – Pct. 4 Constable deputies assisted Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in apprehending a male suspect following a vehicle pursuit that ended in the 5300 block of FM 1960 Road East. According to Constable Mark Herman, the male suspect intentionally chased an ICE vehicle and caused damage during the incident. Deputies responded to assist and successfully took the suspect into custody. No further information has been released at this time.

The wounded female, possibly 16 years old, was transported by ambulance to a hospital and is reported to be in fair condition.
