A man decided to lead police on a chase shortly before midnight on August 14, 2022, from Downtown Houston to the Twin Lakes neighborhood in northwest Harris County. Police say he originally ran a red light.
Houston Police Units lost sight of the man shortly after he took the I-10 exit from 59 north. A Houston Police helicopter unit was able to spot him and followed him back to the home in the 5500 block of Honor Drive in northwest Harris County. The helicopter unit watched him park the car in the garage and make his way to the main house.
Police currently have a perimeter set up around the home and the scene is currently active. We will update this page as soon as we receive more information.
