HOUSTON, TX, AUGUST 11, 2023 – An adult male was found with gunshot wounds in a pickup truck at approximately 11 p.m. in the 6300 block of Fairdale Street, according to the Houston Police Department. The victim had been shot at least twice and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The incident began with a traffic accident at 6300 Windswept, where the victim believed he and the other driver involved would exchange information. Instead, the other driver, who is the suspect in this case, opened fire on the victim.
The wounded victim then drove to a parking lot where police were subsequently called to the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
