HOUSTON, TX (Dec. 30, 2023) – According to police, an adult male was shot in the arm in Houston. He was dropped off at a club by a female friend. Unable to locate another friend inside, he texted the woman outside that he was returning. As he walked down the road, a black, older, smaller sedan passed by. The female witness then heard two gunshots and saw the victim, her friend, with a gunshot wound in his arm. The victim was uncertain why he was shot and did not know who would want to shoot him.
