CLEVELAND, TEXAS (JANUARY 27, 2023) – The Cleveland Fire Department successfully conducted a rescue operation for an adult and a child whose small vehicle was swept off County Road 388 due to flooding. The vehicle was trapped with water still covering the road at the time of the incident. Engine 43, Booster 42, Rescue Boat 41, along with unit 403 and Allegiance EMS, were present at the scene to carry out the rescue.
