HARRIS COUNTY, TX – According to Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Accident Investigation Division, deputies responded to a fatal three-car crash at 10:05 A.M. in the 16300 block of the Northwest Freeway. A large box truck or cargo van failed to stop and collided with another vehicle, fatally injuring the driver.
At least three Hispanic male occupants exited the truck, examined the damage, and fled the scene without providing information before law enforcement arrived.
Investigators are requesting the public’s assistance in locating the suspects and their vehicle, described as a large 20 to 24-foot box truck or cargo van. The vehicle was last seen driving east on the Northwest Freeway approaching the on-ramps to the Sam Houston Toll Road.
Constable Mark Herman asks, “If anyone has information on the wanted suspect vehicle, driver, or any dash camera video that might show the collision, please contact our office or your local law enforcement.”
