HOUSTON, TX – The Texas Center for the Missing has issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the Houston Police Department for 59-year-old Kelvin Butler.
Butler was last seen on September 18, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. in the 9900 block of Sharpcrest. He was wearing a brown T-shirt with black print (Reebok), black and white joggers, and black tennis shoes.
Butler has been diagnosed with dementia and is non-verbal. Authorities urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact the Houston Police Department immediately.
