HARRIS COUNTY, TX – An 18-month-old toddler has died after being found unresponsive inside a residential trailer in northeast Harris County.
Deputies with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene in the 9900 block of Deer Trail Drive. The child was transported to a hospital where they were later pronounced deceased.
According to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, preliminary information indicates that several children may have been playing inside the trailer when the toddler was unintentionally injured.
The circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation.
