HOUSTON, TX – TikTok’s Creators: Connect event drew a vibrant crowd to Off The Record in downtown Houston on Thursday evening, bringing together creators from the platform’s #APITikTok, #BlackTikTok, #CasaTikTok, and #PrideTikTok communities for a night of connection, collaboration, and celebration.
The invite-only event ran from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. and featured music, light bites, and a networking bingo game. Two creators received TikTok Shop gift cards—one for being the first to complete a row and another for filling the entire card. Gift card amounts were not disclosed.
Attendees were also treated to a full open bar with specialty cocktails inspired by trending TikTok sounds:
- Darling Hold My Hand – Bourbon, turbinado, coffee liqueur, cold brew
- Mommy Mamacita – Reposado tequila, Aperol aperitif, peach liqueur, citrus
- Nothing Beats a Jet2 Holiday (mocktail) – Blackberry, mint, lime, sugar
In addition, every creator received a reusable TikTok shopping bag containing three gifts from the TikTok Shop, which included beauty products and perfume or cologne.
The event saw a strong turnout, with many creators connecting throughout the night. It appeared to be a successful evening.
