SPRING, TX – Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office has charged 4G Septic Solutions with water pollution after investigators said the company illegally dumped hundreds of gallons of septic tank waste into a storm drain in early July.

According to court documents, the incident happened on July 1, 2025, in the 5700 block of Pimberton Lane in Spring. Deputies said they responded to the location after receiving reports of illegal dumping and found a white Ford F-650 tanker truck with the company’s name parked near an open manhole. A hose from the truck was reportedly running into the storm drain.
A witness told deputies he saw the hose connected to the drain and stayed on scene until law enforcement arrived. Investigators said they detected and observed remnants of septic waste inside the drain.
Deputies identified the driver as company owner Mark Dale Greenhaw, who allegedly admitted to dumping approximately 550 gallons of septic waste from the truck into the drain. Authorities confirmed the site was not an approved dump location and lacked required permits from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
The Harris County District Attorney’s Office accepted felony water pollution charges against 4G Septic Solutions.
