Two arrested after narcotics search warrant in southeast Harris County

HARRIS COUNTY, TX – The Harris County Precinct 8 Constable’s Office announced two arrests following a narcotics search warrant carried out in the 900 block of Shawnee Street on Sept. 4, 2025.

According to the Constable’s Office, the Street Crimes Unit, assisted by the Precinct 2 Special Operations Unit, located three individuals inside the residence during the search. Two were identified as Meghann Jean Coleman, 42, and Jose Angel Munoz, 46. A third female was released without charges.

Munoz was found to have an active theft warrant from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies said the search also uncovered approximately 2 grams of cocaine, 34.5 grams of methamphetamine, 13.6 grams of methamphetamine pills totaling 87 in count, 1.6 grams of heroin, and three firearms.

Munoz was arrested on his outstanding warrant and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Coleman was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and felon in possession of a weapon.

No bonds have been set at this time.
