Driver killed in crash involving SUV and sedan on Berlin Cross Keys Road

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ – A driver was killed and two others were seriously injured following a crash at the intersection of Berlin Cross Keys Road and Johnson Road in the Sicklerville section of Gloucester Township.

The collision occurred around 10:13 p.m. on October 11, 2025, and involved a sedan and an SUV. According to Gloucester Township Police, the sedan was traveling toward the Black Horse Pike when it collided with the SUV in the intersection. All three individuals—two in the SUV and one in the sedan—were trapped in their vehicles and had to be extricated by fire personnel.

All victims were transported to a nearby hospital. The driver of the SUV later succumbed to his injuries. The intersection remained closed for several hours during the investigation.

The case is being handled by the Gloucester Township Police Department’s Serious Crash Investigation Team. No criminal charges have been filed at this time. The names of those involved are being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
