MAPLE SHADE, NJ – Maple Shade Police and the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office are investigating a shooting that occurred early Sunday morning in the parking lot of Jay’s Elbow Room Bar.
Officers responded to a shooting call at approximately 2:04 a.m. at the bar’s location. When police arrived, no individuals involved in the incident were found at the scene. A short time later, they were notified that a male victim had arrived at Cooper University Hospital with a single gunshot wound reportedly sustained during the incident. He was treated and later released.
The investigation remains ongoing. No further details have been released at this time.
