HARRIS COUNTY, TX – The Harris County Sheriff’s Office Vehicular Crimes Division is investigating a single-vehicle crash involving a marked patrol unit.
The crash occurred in the 4300 block of State Highway 99 as the deputy was traveling eastbound. Investigators believe fog affected visibility. The deputy went to the northbound barrier, overcorrected, and then struck the concrete barrier on the southbound side.
No other vehicles were involved, and the deputy was not injured. He remained on scene following the crash.
