HARRIS COUNTY, TX – A suspect was pronounced deceased after being struck by a deputy's patrol vehicle during a pursuit involving Precinct 7 and Precinct 3 Constable deputies. https://youtu.be/12it6g-Ba4U According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, the pursuit originated when Precinct 7 deputies attempted to stop a vehicle for traffic violations, including speeding over 90 miles per hour without headlights. The suspect vehicle exited the freeway at Garrett Road traveling approximately 120 miles per hour, at which point deputies lost visual contact.
