HARRIS COUNTY, TX – According to Constable Mark Herman, Pct. 4, deputies arrested Cheney Lamoyne after responding to a report of a suspicious person in the 5500 block of Dunleith Road on December 19, 2024. Upon arrival, deputies identified Lamoyne and determined that he had threatened another individual at the location. Upon arrival, deputies found a male employee who had succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds.
