HARRIS COUNTY, TX – According to Constable Mark Herman, Pct. 4, deputies arrested Cheney Lamoyne after responding to a report of a suspicious person in the 5500 block of Dunleith Road on December 19, 2024. Upon arrival, deputies identified Lamoyne and determined that he had threatened another individual at the location. While being transported to the Harris County Jail, Lamoyne reportedly spit on a deputy. If you have any information, you are urged to contact the Constable's Office.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX – Deputies with Constable Ryan Gable’s Precinct 3 Office responded to a fatal shooting at the AutoZone Auto Parts store located at 28803 Birnham Woods Drive on Saturday morning. According to officials, the incident occurred around 9:50 a.m., when witnesses reported hearing gunshots inside the store. Upon arrival, deputies found a male employee who had succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds. Witness accounts led to a swift response, and deputies from both Precinct 3 and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office apprehended the suspect in the nearby Legends Run subdivision.
