HOUSTON, TX – A man was caught on dashcam dragging a woman out of a vehicle early Monday morning on T.C. A Houston Police Department Mobility Service Officer, who had been honking during the incident, took off shortly afterward, presumably to assist. Houston Police responded around 12:50 a.m. to reports of gunfire in the 6000 block of Cherryhill Drive.
