According to the Houston Police Department, Andres Verarodriguez was walking in the main lanes when he was hit by a white Dodge Ram pickup truck traveling southbound. According to the Houston Police Department, a white Chevrolet Malibu was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes when it struck a red Chevrolet Traverse head-on.
