HOT SPRINGS, AR – The Hot Springs Police Department is actively searching for 17-year-old Raymond Tucker Lenard, who has been reported as a runaway juvenile. Raymond is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 250 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. His last known location was in Montgomery County on September 10, 2025, but authorities believe he may have returned to the Hot Springs or Garland County area. AUSTIN, TX – Jesse Carrillo, 33, was arrested on multiple felony charges after Austin Police executed a search warrant at a residence on Red River Street as part of a drug trafficking investigation. According to the Austin Police Department, the Narcotics Support Unit served the warrant on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at a home located at 91 Red River Street. HOUSTON, TX – Charges have been filed against 31-year-old Kedrick Davol Henry after a deadly shooting that claimed the life of 43-year-old Kenneth Henry Jr. at a home on Church Road. Troopers seize 45 pounds of marijuana during I-40 traffic stop in Pottsville

POTTSVILLE, AR – Arkansas State Police reported the arrest of a Little Rock man after troopers discovered 45 pounds of marijuana during a traffic stop on Interstate 40. According to authorities, the stop happened around 3 a.m. on September 10, 2025, when troopers pulled over a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze near the 87-mile marker on eastbound I-40 in Pottsville. During the search, troopers found two trash bags in the trunk containing approximately 45 pounds of illegal marijuana.
