Teenager dies after being ejected from vehicle during major crash
HOUSTON, TEXAS - February 18 - Houston police are investigating a fatal accident that occurred at approximately 11:20 a.m. on Sunday at 7200 Eastex Freeway (North U.S. Highway 59). The collision resulted in the death of a 17-year-old male, whose identity is awaiting verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

According to a press release from the HPD Vehicular Crimes Division, the incident involved a black Honda Accord traveling northbound at a high rate of speed. The 23-year-old male driver of the Honda was reportedly weaving through traffic when he collided with a black Chevrolet Tahoe.
