THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS - Feb. 14, 2024 - A multi-vehicle collision occurred on the southbound I-45 feeder in front of The Woodlands Mall at 6 p.m. this evening, resulting in one fatality. The Woodlands Fire Department (TWFD) and Montgomery County Hospital District were dispatched to the scene following the crash. Upon their arrival, deputies discovered that the woman had been struck in the face with a pistol by her boyfriend. HOUSTON - Charges have been filed against Alexander Leiva, 30, following a fatal collision at 9200 South Dairy Ashford Road on February 11, around 8:20 p.m. https://youtu.be/mPSWhKLF8xU Leiva, currently hospitalized, is charged with intoxication manslaughter after a crash that resulted in the death of a 71-year-old woman after a black Ford F-150, driven by Leiva, ran a red light which caused it to crash into a silver Nissan Juke. The Nissan Juke then crashed into a gray Honda CRV. The Nissan's driver was pronounced dead at the scene, while Leiva, his passenger, and the occupants of the Honda were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
