Houston, TX (April 13, 2024) - Officers with the Houston Police Department were dispatched to a shooting at a large pool party at the Gateway on Cullen Apartments Saturday night. Upon arrival, they found one adult male that was shot in his head. They also found a female who was stepped on after she fell. The male was taken to a local hospital in critical condition. The female was treated at the scene. The investigation is ongoing. If you have any information about the shooting you are urged to contact the Houston Police Department or Crime Stoppers.

HOUSTON, TX - Keshawn Williams is now charged with murder after he killed a man and shot four others outside of an after-hours club in southeast Houston back in December. He was arrested after he exchanged gunfire with Houston Police Department's Crime Suppression Team officers as they executed unrelated felony warrants in southeast Houston on Tuesday. The man he killed has been identified as Isaiah Parker, who was twenty years old at the time of the shooting. According to police, the shooting occurred outside of Nawlins after-hours club in the 8600 block of Glenvista on December 24, 2023 just after 3 a.m. when an exchange of gunfire broke out in the parking lot. HARRIS COUNTY, TX - One person is dead after a two-vehicle accident on FM 1942 in Crosby. The accident occurred in the 4499 block of FM 1942 at around 2:30 a.m. on April 6, 2024. According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, a red 2004 Pontiac GTO was exiting a driveway heading southeast with three occupants inside when it failed to yield the right of way and struck a Kia K5 which was also traveling southeast. The passenger in the backseat of the Pontiac GTO was pronounced deceased at the scene and has been identified as Imanol Campos. The other two occupants of the vehicle as well as the other driver were transported to a nearby hospital by EMS.

HOUSTON, TX - (April 5, 2024) - A fire broke out at Villas Del Paseo Apartment Complex located at at 2901 Elmside around 8:30 p.m. The fire was quickly escalated to a two-alarm fire. One person was found and pronounced deceased at the scene after the fire was extinguished. At this time, the official cause of the fire is still under investigation.

HOUSTON, TX - Police are looking for suspects who opened fire on a car striking a 16 year old passenger and the driver in southeast Houston. According to police, around 10 p.m. on Friday night, someone opened fire on the two as they were traveling down the street. After being struck, the driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a tree after running through the intersection on Broadway and Rockhill. The motive for the shooting is not known at this time. Bullet holes were spotted on the passenger side of the car. Both the teen and the driver were transported to a local hospital by paramedics from the Houston Fire Department. The teen is expected to survive but the driver is not. HOUSTON, TX - Dozens of pro-Palestine protestors gathered outside of the Harris County Jail Friday night. The protestors demanded the immediate release of three other protestors who were arrested at an Al Quds Day protest in Houston's Galleria area.

HOUSTON, TX - Joseph Rodolfo Rodriguez is now charged with murder following a double shooting that happened at a YouTube Influencer party at a warehouse just north of Downtown Houston. The shooting left one man injured and another dead. The shooting happened on October 14, 2023, in the 1100 block of Providence Street, just north of Downtown Houston around 1:40 a.m. When officers arrived, they learned that a man was arguing with others about a backpack that was allegedly stolen from him before he was shot. That man was identified as 20-year-old Zayden Kimple. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported Kimple, but he was later pronounced deceased at Ben Taub Hospital in the medical center. HOUSTON, TX - Ricardo Domingo Reyna has turned himself in to police after he allegedly shot Jaime Torres-DeLeon, at a party last Friday while under the influence of Xanax and alcohol. According to police, he was asked to leave the party after becoming belligerent. While he was waiting outside for his ride, Reyna got into a verbal altercation with DeLeon and at one point pulled out a handgun and fired multiple rounds, striking DeLeon several times in the 800 block of Catherwood Place Lane in the Cloverleaf area of Houston. DeLeon was then transported to a local hospital by Houston Fire Department paramedics where he was pronounced deceased. DeLeon was just 34 years old. HOUSTON, TX - Charges have been filed against two cousins, Edward Felton Edmond, Jr., 29, and Lason Edmond, 22, in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred at Driscoll Place apartments around 4:10 a.m. on September 16, 2023. The suspects are charged with capital murder in the 184th State District Court. The victim has been identified as Vandy Williams, III, a 33-year-old male. According to HPD's Homicide Division, the Houston Police Department patrol officers responded to a shooting call at the apartment complex. HOUSTON - A fatal car accident that claimed the life of 17-year-old Marissa Romain occurred around 1:40 a.m. on Saturday, March 30, on Dixie Farm Road. According to police, Marissa Romain was driving a 2009 black Mitsubishi Galant eastbound near the 1800 block of Dixie Farm Road when her vehicle struck a curb and she lost control. The car then veered to the right, hitting a concrete ditch and a tree. The impact caused Marissa to be partially ejected from the vehicle. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced Marissa deceased at the scene. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
