October 1, 2022 - The Metro Police Department is investigating after a gunshot victim was found at a bus stop in front of the Arbors on Westheimer apartment complex. The shooting occurred just after 9 p.m. Multiple shell casings were found on the ground. Two black men exited a vehicle in front of her and opened fire at Govan and her passenger, another woman. Police were notified about the shooting and were dispatched to the 5500 block of Richmond. September 27, 2022 - Deputies with Harris County Constable Precinct 4, arrested a drunk driver after he caused a multi-vehicle accident and crashed into a telephone pole in the 17700 block of W. Lake Houston at Merrylands Dr around 10 p.m. The suspect fled the scene but was apprehended a short time later an police found a empty liquor bottle in his vehicle.

September 28, 2022 - The Atascocita Volunteer Fire Department, along with Eastex Fire Department responded to a fire at 4038 Tree Moss Place near Quiet Grove Ln., in Humble, TX shortly after midnight. The fire was quickly contained and tapped out.
