HOUSTON, TX – Charges have been filed against 31-year-old Kedrick Davol Henry after a deadly shooting that claimed the life of 43-year-old Kenneth Henry Jr. at a home on Church Road. According to the Houston Police Department, officers responded to the 12500 block of Church Road around 3:25 p.m. on August 18, 2025, where they found Kenneth Henry Jr. lying inside a residence with at least one gunshot wound. Houston Fire Department paramedics transported him to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. Investigators learned the victim had been taking out trash when a witness reported hearing multiple gunshots. He returned to the residence shortly afterward and collapsed in the doorway. HOUSTON, TX – Houston police have arrested 54-year-old John Guy Tucker in connection with a deadly shooting that left a woman dead and a man critically injured at a residence on Mount Pleasant Street. The shooting happened around 7:30 p.m. on August 16 at 3804 Mount Pleasant Street. According to the Houston Police Department Homicide Division, officers arrived to find 51-year-old Angela Perry unresponsive in the living room with multiple gunshot wounds. She was pronounced deceased at the scene by Houston Fire Department paramedics. According to investigators, the incident happened on September 9, 2025, around 9 p.m., when troopers observed a silver GMC Yukon traveling eastbound on Milton-Ellendale Highway near Sharon’s Road. POTTSVILLE, AR – Arkansas State Police reported the arrest of a Little Rock man after troopers discovered 45 pounds of marijuana during a traffic stop on Interstate 40. According to authorities, the stop happened around 3 a.m. on September 10, 2025, when troopers pulled over a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze near the 87-mile marker on eastbound I-40 in Pottsville. During the search, troopers found two trash bags in the trunk containing approximately 45 pounds of illegal marijuana. The driver, identified as 28-year-old Breon Desean Baker of Little Rock, was arrested and taken to the Pope County Detention Center. According to the Delaware State Police, 26-year-old Jamiyah Dennis of Boothwyn, Pennsylvania, and 19-year-old Kaliyah Barnes of Newark, Delaware, were taken into custody on September 8, 2025, following an undercover operation by Troop 2’s Drug Task Force. The investigation began several months ago, with assistance from the Troop 2 Governor’s Task Force, Homeland Security Investigations – Wilmington, and the Delaware County Narcotics Unit.
