HOUSTON, TX – Charges have been filed against Warren Del Unkefer, 39, in connection with the fatal shooting of a man at the Braeswood Plaza apartment complex located at 5430 Birdwood Road around 8:50 p.m. on Friday (September 20). Unkefer is charged with murder in the 183rd State District Court. The victim has been identified as Robert Culver, 63. Houston Police responded to the shooting and found Culver unresponsive with gunshot wounds inside the apartment.
