HOUSTON, TX – A man has been charged with murder after allegedly shooting and killing his brother following an argument at a residence on Manning Lane. The shooting occurred around 4:15 p.m. Wednesday at 7512 Manning Lane. According to the Houston Police Department, officers arrived to find a 28-year-old man unresponsive in the driveway with multiple gunshot wounds.
