HOUSTON, TX – Officers with the Southeast Patrol Division responded to a shooting call around 12:30 a.m. in the 6700 block of Eastwood Street. https://youtu.be/JeQzI-w5jfM Police said an argument occurred between a male and a female who knew each other from prior encounters. During the argument, a dark-colored vehicle arrived at the scene. Several males exited the vehicle, and one of them shot the male victim. The adult male was transported to a local hospital and is in stable condition. The investigation is ongoing.

The altercation and subsequent shooting occurred outside the club in the parking lot. A 17-year-old female sustained a gunshot wound and was transported to a local hospital in stable condition. A 20-year-old male also sustained a gunshot wound and is currently in stable condition.

The vehicle came to a stop with two occupants inside. The male driver got out of his disabled vehicle and was standing beside it in the number two lane when a Chevrolet truck traveling in the same lane was unable to avoid him after another vehicle swerved. The driver of the Dodge Durango was struck and pronounced deceased at the scene. An altercation erupted behind the strip center, leading to an exchange of gunfire among individuals. HOUSTON, TX – Houston Police responded to a shooting around 3:30 a.m. at the Trails of Ashford Apartments located at 12710 Brant Rock. https://youtu.be/GUCSQS2h9Zw Upon arrival, officers found a female victim with two gunshot wounds to the leg. She was transported to a nearby hospital in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries. Police determined that the victim and the suspect are engaged and in a dating relationship. The woman was asleep in her bed when the suspect arrived and shot her twice while she was sleeping. The suspect was taken into custody shortly after the incident. No information about a motive has been released.

HOUSTON, TX – Firefighters responded to a house fire around 1:42 a.m. in the 200 block of Weisenberger where flames were coming from both sides of the roof. https://youtu.be/5HmZi51gyzM According to the Houston Fire Department, all occupants and pets were already outside when firefighters arrived. Crews began a primary search of the structure, but the roof collapsed shortly after entry. Firefighters were forced to transition to a defensive operation.

HOUSTON, TX – Houston Police officers responded to a shooting call around 10 p.m. near the intersection of Evelyn and Fulton. https://youtu.be/Ra71g53gXfM Upon arrival, officers located an adult Hispanic male with gunshot wounds to the stomach and face. He was transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. Police said the victim and the suspect were in a vacant field when an altercation occurred. During the scuffle, the suspect produced a firearm and shot the victim at least twice. The suspect fled the scene and remains unidentified at this time. Officers were actively searching the area and conducting surveillance. The HPD Major Assaults Division is leading the investigation.

HOUSTON, TX – A 19-year-old driver was arrested after leading Harris County Constable Precinct 2 deputies on a high-speed pursuit spanning more than 30 miles before crashing into a home in southeast Houston. According to Constable Jerry Garcia, the pursuit began when Night Shift deputies observed a vehicle run a red light and attempted to initiate a traffic stop. The driver, identified as Jonathan Garcia-Salazar, refused to stop, leading deputies on a 30-minute chase. The pursuit ended when Garcia-Salazar crashed into an unoccupied parked vehicle and a residence. No one inside the home was injured.
