HOUSTON, TX – Houston Police are asking for the public’s help in locating four persons of interest wanted for questioning in connection with the fatal shooting of a man at 201 Plaza Verde Drive around 12:15 a.m. on October 3. The individuals are described only as Black males. Photos of three of the persons of interest have been released, while a fourth male, not pictured, is believed to be associated with the group. The shooting occurred around 10:45 a.m. on October 22 in the 7900 block of Comal Street. Officers responded to the scene and found Crockett, 54, with gunshot wounds inside a crashed vehicle. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. Investigators say Crockett was driving when the suspect approached, made contact, and then shot him.
