Constables with Harris County Precinct 4 arrested a man when they learned that he was wanted for arson in connection with an insurance fraud case in Harris County. Steven Smith Mugshot According to court documents, arson investigators with the Harris County Fire Marshall's office were called out to the scene of a vehicle fire in the 19600 block of Tegle Rd. in Tomball, TX on May 29, 2021 at about 5:40 a.m. During their investigation, investigators found that the fire started in the passenger compartment and determined that someone applied an open flame to ignitable materials that were stored inside. Video: 50 shots fired, 1 person killed, 4 others shot after multiple gunmen open fire outside club

January 15, 2023 - Just after 2 a.m. in north Houston, partygoers were met with gunfire outside of a club in the parking lot. The incident happened outside of a nightclub on FM 1960 in northwest Harris County. According to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, multiple shooters arrived in the club parking lot, and started to open fire on people outside in the parking lot. Both 7.62 rounds and 5.62 rounds were found at the scene. In total, at least fifty casings were recovered. There is no word on what started the incident. December 29, 2022 - The Atascocita Fire Department responded to a report of a fire located on Kings Timber Trail in the Rivergrove Subdivision near Meyergrove Lane in Atascocita, TX. According to the Atascocita Fire Department, first responders were dispatched around 12:45 a.m. to a report of a structure fire. The fire was extinguished around 1:05 a.m. There were no reports of injuries.

Houston woman arrested for driving while intoxicated with a child in Webster, TX

A woman was arrested after she was caught driving while intoxicated with a child in the 200 block of Blossom in Webster, TX. Bonnie Scheier Mugshot - Courtesy of WPD According to court documents, Bonnie Scheier of Houston (52) was arrested around 7 p.m. on December 21, 2022, for a DWI with a child that was under 15 years old. It appears this is her first offense, at least in Harris County. Her next court date is set for December 27, 2022, and a bond amount has not been set yet. This has been referred to a magistrate to decide. Her relationship to the child is not known at this time.

18 year old arrested for stealing packages in a Houston area suburb; bond set for $100

A woman has been arrested for stealing packages from a home in the Atascocita Forest subdivision in Humble, TX, a suburb of Houston. According to court documents, Constables with Harris County Precinct 4 arrested Aryanna Chanae Jones (18) on November 30, 2022 around 5 p.m. She was booked into Harris County Jail and now is facing a misdemeanor charge stemming from her mail theft. It appears she does not have any prior charges in Harris County and her bond has been set at $100. Jones remains in jail at the time of this writing, but with the low bond amount, it is expected she will be out soon. Hopefully she refrains from being a porch pirate.

Officers with the Humble Police Department pulled them over in the 13900 block of Eastex Freeway, about 5 miles away around 12:50 a.m. on November 14, 2022, along with a Harris County Sheriff's Office Deputy. According to court documents, Powell’s bond was set at $10,000, while Washington’s bail was set at $3,000.
