A high-speed police chase quickly came to an end when the suspect’s vehicle crashed on Little York near 59, the Eastex Freeway in north Houston. It is unclear how many suspects were in the vehicle, but officers with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office were able to detain all of the suspects before they fled the scene.
The crash occurred at about 11:20 p.m. on Thursday, September 8, 2022, in the 10700 block of the Eastex Freeway. Several vehicles were involved, including the suspect’s vehicle. One of these vehicles caught on fire.
It is unclear at this time what led up to the chase, but we will update you as soon as we have more information.
