HOUSTON – A shooting incident occurred at the intersection of Broadway and Morley in Houston at around 10 p.m. on Jan. 5, 2024, resulting in one person injured.
The victim, an adult male in his early twenties, was shot in the arm and side while seated in his vehicle, a sedan, at a traffic light. The assailant, believed to be a male, was in a black sedan that pulled up alongside the victim’s car. Shots were fired from this vehicle, with bullets penetrating the windows and doors of the victim’s car.
After being shot, the victim managed to drive himself to a nearby apartment complex to seek help. He is expected to recover from his injuries.
As of now, the suspect remains unidentified, and the motive behind the shooting is still unclear.
