HOUSTON – In what witnesses are describing as a”chop shop” operation was just raided by the Houston Police Department in the 1700 block of Skinner in north Houston.
According to one of our Facebook followers who sent in the above picture, there were a lot of cars in the lot as well as several law enforcement officers and tow trucks.
