HOUSTON, TX – Several northbound lanes of the North Freeway were impacted by high water early Saturday morning following overnight storms.
The affected area is near the Cottage Street Bridge, where Houston Police Department units blocked traffic.
According to Houston TranStar, as of 4:57 a.m., the right shoulder, right lane, center lane, and exit ramp of IH-45 North at Patton were closed due to flooding.
