KINGWOOD, TX – An investigation is underway after an 18-wheeler collided with an HFD engine around 3:36 a.m. on the southbound Northpark entrance ramp to the Eastex Freeway. This is right before the Kingwood intersection.
All four firefighters on the engine were transported to the hospital, along with the driver of the 18-wheeler. According to police, the firefighters have serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
