Van gets stuck in high water on the East Freeway near Lockwood

HOUSTON, TX – A call came in around 4 a.m. for a van stuck in water on the westbound lanes of the East Freeway near Lockwood.

Once HFD responded, a woman got out of the van and placed her belongings into another vehicle before crews cleared the scene.
