HOUSTON, TX – A fire at the North Village Green Condominiums at 218 Plaza Verde was escalated to three alarms after a mayday call was issued when a firefighter became trapped inside the building.
The Houston Fire Department rescued the firefighter, who was evaluated by EMS and then returned to assist in fighting the blaze. The cause of the fire and whether anyone else was injured remain unknown at this time.
